I've met my goal for this week. 30.6 miles. That makes a total of 51.6 miles in two weeks. Being only the second week in action for my 1000 mile goal, I am unsure about all of the different variables that I may encounter. So, I'm trying to stock up on miles just in case I've got to take a break because of weather, illness etc. That being said, in order to meet my 21 mile a week goal, I'm going to aim for 30 miles a week.
I am unsure about my ability to maintain this pace, having never done anything like this before, but that is what it's all about. I am reaching for something that is beyond personal and physical comprehension.
Also, I must add that I feel better about myself, and feel like a nicer guy.
