Been stressed out this week, and I know I'll feel better after class on Saturday.
I wasn't able to run yesterday due to the fact that there was so much to do. I figured I'd be fine, but didn't know what kind of resistance I'd face today.
Turns out, I was all good. I didn't need a jacket of any kind, and I had a smooth run. My body seems that it enjoyed the day off. This is something that I'm going to have to play with. Taking days off is important, but this early in the game it's tough to know.
